Bols was a rock band from Tromso, Norway. The band was active through 1983-1986, and drew inspiration from the english post-punk acts of the early eighties (Joy Division, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Fall, Public Image Limited etc). The band was quite successfull locally, and did a couple of tours in Norway and Denmark. The 2021 release 'Film' is a collection of some studio and rehearsal recordings. The album was collected and remastered by Geir Jenssen from Biosphere.
