The 2018 full-length by the popular Slovenian act, 'Proto Kapitulaciji', is a free-floating retrofuturist industrial art rock epic, based on Srecko Kosovel's modernist poetry. The material sits somewhere between an alternative soundtrack for 'Blade Runner', the uncanny ambience of Coil, the melancholy of 'Berlin'-era David Bowie and the immediacy of Nine Inch Nails.
