Captured by Dutch radio station VPRO in May 1971, these are the earliest known live recordings of Michael Chapman after he started releasing records on the legendary Harvest label in 1969. For Chapman fans this is the classic period. Expect a beautiful clear, warm and intimate recording of Chapman with long time collaborator Rick Kemp on electric bass, performing material from his first three Harvest albums in a free flowing, improv inflected style.
