Francis Ford Coppola's coming-of-age drama 'The Outsiders' (1983) was adapted to S.E. Hinton's successful 1967 novel of the same name. Coppola asked his father, Carmine Coppola, to score the soundtrack. The result is epic and romantic, a return to a golden age of Hollywood film. Stevie Wonder co-wrote and performed the song 'Stay Gold', which is included on this release. Comes on sky blue and sunset orange coloured vinyl.
