Coming on 7-inch vinyl are three unearthed recordings from Dennis Dalcin, who is known from The Shades, The Lears and running the Kaleidoscope zine and label. The A-side, 'Hypnotic Beat', is a trippy psychedelic surf monster recorded in 1980 by The Shades at Paragon Studios in Tampa, FL. The flipside has two snotty garage punkers by a one-off group that didn't bother about a band name. These were taped in 1977 at Recnac Studios in Tampa. All three are Dalcin originals.
