After temporarily parting ways with Fear Factory in 2002, guitarist Dino Cazares (also of Brujeria and Asesino) joined forces with drummer Tim Yeung (Morbid Angel, Vital Remains, Hate Eternal), and vocalist Tommy Vext (Bad Wolves, Snot).
