The French-Afropean duo brings a funky masterpiece. DjeuhDjoah & Lieutenant Nicholson are French composers and Afro-soul singers. The duo are creating a new vibe taking French sounds and mixing it with jazz, Afrobeat, electronic and soul. This album has fifteen songs, and features a tribute to the famous poet Aimé Césaire. The rhythms are tight, including some Antilles influences, but also Detroit elements. Further accompanied by a strong horns section, vibraphone and analog drums.
