In Tongues is a mighty follow up to the wellreceived 'Adult Situations', and features Horse regulars Eckert, bassist Cyrus Comiskey, and drummer Cripe Jergensen. Another integral part to how the album turned out is the collaborations from ex-Fucking Champ Josh Smith and multi-instrumentalist Joe Rubino.
