Formed in 1984 by singer Paul Rodgers and guitarist Jimmy Page, The Firm became one of the most successful and popular rock supergroups of all time. During their time together, the band released two studio albums across the next couple of years; their self-titled debut in 1985, and 'Mean Business' in '86. One of the band's best shows in America in 1985, was the concert they played at the Oakland Coliseum on 15th March 1985, which was recorded for live FM Radio Broadcast, and which remains a quite staggering example of mid-1980's British rock music at its absolute finest.
