Combining symphonic elements with genres such as folk metal, melodic death and black metal, Foretoken created something familiar yet unique. Formed in Virginia, USA, in 2018, Foretoken began as the side-project of guitarist Steve Redmond who desired to create more climactic and genre expansive songs. Foretoken's debut album 'Ruin' was mixed by both Steve Redmond and Jacob Hansen.
