'Our Dear Metropolis' is the third album by the Amsterdam based brassband Gallowstreet. 'Our Dear Metropolis' is an (mostly instrumental) ode to their home city and at the same time a critique of the direction the city seems to be heading in. Gallowstreet has taken the sounds of their city and transposed it to an array of original compositions that put a spotlight on the different facets of modern city life. Cover art by Joost Swarte.
