The follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'A Moon Daguerreotype' from the art rock ensemble from Milan, Italy. 'The Cliché Of Falling Leaves' is based on one single piece of music, based on a symphonic poem, led by a narrative cyclic scheme. Sixteen musicians took part of the recording of this 43-minute suite: from horns to clarinets, saxophones, double basses and many other classical instruments. Goodbye, Kings became a massive rock orchestra for the occasion, enlightining all their instrumental post-rock spectrum producing a concept movie performed by contemporary dancers. This CD version includes a DVD with the featured movie.
