Initially intended for an unissued Bert Jansch tribute album, The Hanging Stars' version of Bert's 'Fresh As A Sweet Sunday Morning' comes with the band's trademark cosmic psych feel. The song on Side B, 'The Mountain' recalls both the darkest sounds of The Doors and the ethereal psychedelia of early Verve, with Luke Barlow's flute puncturing a haze of distorted guitars.
