This LP features the poems of American poets Susan Howe (born in 1937) and Nathaniel Mackey (born in 1947) as produced by visual artist Shannon Ebner. Juxtaposing historic and recent material from the period 1991-2018, the work collected here examines the two writers' lifelong preoccupation with subjects adrift in narratives of dispossession, both real and imagined.
