Rocafort Records presents the Swiss-French quartet Kuma, led by keyboardist Matthieu Llodra and saxophonist Arthur Donnot. Their 'Kumade' EP is well balanced out with two spaciously laconic, ethereal tracks that could easily belong on some ECM-inspired soundscape, juxtaposed with two tracks which pack a fuller punch, hinting at a 1970s George Duke funk/fusion style.
