Coming on vinyl is the second album from Cleveland's The Mind. This duo/band makes noise in a bizarre dimension where Cocteau Twins were on Ralph Records and The Space Lady scored David Lynch's films. Or to put it differently, it's noisy dream pop blended with post punk strangeness straight from the ether. The Mind features Steve Peffer (Nine Shocks Terror) and Jordan Darby (Dry Rot).
