Omar is a U.K. soul artist of Chinese, African and Indo- Jamaican descent. Born Omar Lye-Fook (1969) in Canterbury England, Omar has been making albums since the early 1990's and his work is often compared to Stevie Wonder's work of the 1970's. 'This is Is Not A Love Song' is his fourth studio album and was originally released in 1997. It features a cover version of The Stranglers' 'Golden Brown' and the single 'Say Nothin', which is a collaboration with Wu-Tang Clan's Ol' Dirty Bastard. Comes on 180 gram vinyl and includes insert.
