The sound of the Finnish doom metal band Orbiter is a unique brew of grinding riffs, atmospheric psychedelia and hypnotically soaring female vocals. The band is firmly rooted in classic doom metal, mixed with ethereal sludge and psychedelic stoner rock. Their debut-album 'Hollow World' was recorded and mixed by Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, Apocalyptica) and mastered by Ted Jensen (Alice In Chains, Mastodon).
