Tower Of Power, as the leader of the 'Saturday Night Live' band and recordings of David Bowie, Link Wray, Madonna, Talking Heads and many others. 'Bad Dreams' contains a sprawling and grand composition set against rhythmic repetition that shares characteristics with Arthur Russell's instrumentals, and the waves of minimalism that were crashing on modern music during the early '80s.
