Pontiak is an American neo-psychedelic rock band of three brothers from the Blue Ridge Mountain area of Virginia. They moved from Baltimore to the same farm in Virginia where they work and play together. They're considered one of the most notable psych bands from the US: they're majestic and fresh in their anachronism like Black Mountain, Arboretum, White Hills and The Black Angels, and powerful in their Melvins-style melody/noise dichotomy.
