'Splinter In The Eye' has been described by Jens Lueck alias Single Celled Organism as progressive rock, and that is definitely what it is, in all its glory. The music is in the vein of Pink Floyd or Porcupine Tree, but it feels much more modern and refined. The album features fantastic guitars, sublime keys, and some twists here and there that you might not expect. Without a doubt a fantastic progressive rock album with a disturbing story and stirring musical variety. Comes in a gatefold sleeve in cluding a sticker and a download card.
