Tangerine Dream, including Edgar Froese, started working on these recordings in 2014. Sadly, Froese passed away during the process, in early 2015. On his request the band finished the project, which sounds like an updated, contemporary take on the band's trademark sound of the '70s and '80s. In other words, this is a release of sequencer-driven electronica covering a wide range of moods and atmospheres, from ambient soundscapes to energetic, upbeat moments.
