Each 7-inch from this special box set is dedicated to a specific movie genre: western ('Giù La Testa', composed by Ennio Morricone), horror ('Profondo Rosso' by Goblin), police/detective ('La Polizia Sta A Guardare' from Stelvio Cipriani), comedy ('Febbre Da Cavallo' by Bixi, Frizzi and Tempera) and thriller (Piero Umiliani's '5 Bambole Per La Luna Dagosto'). The tracklists and sleeves are faithfully reproduced from the original releases, but the real deal for collectors is '5 Bambole Per La Luna Dagosto', which has never been released as a 45rpm until now. On its flip this 7-inch features a song played by Balletto Di Bronzo that hadn't been included in the original soundtrack. The five records are pressed on five different colours vinyl. The box-set, which also includes a booklet with rare photos from the record label's archives, is manufactured in a hand-numbered edition of 500.
