Offering an appealing mixture of alt. country, power pop and indie rock, 'Generalfuckedupness Notwithstanding' is the impressive 2023 full-length by Walker Diver, the acclaimed project helmed by Dutch musician Stefan 't Hooft (ex-Mitch a.o.). The lyrics deal with the corona crisis, gender issues, the increase of violence amongst young kids, social inequality and the influence of social media on public debate. There are contributions from guests borrowed from well known Dutch and Belgian acts s.a. Tim Knol, Anouk, Belle Perez, Within Temptation and Spinvis.
