Stronger than ever before and seven years after their previous album, WEIHAN return with their impressing new work 'Blódslitinn á Steininum'. While the previous album of the Belgium project was characterized by the divergency between neofolk and martial based influences, Jurgen and Miguel used the long period to strengthen their music on a more sophisticated and variable version of martial industrial that is conceptionally founded in Norsk sagas and sacrifial pagan rites. The title of the album therefore might also be translated as "the colour of blood on stone".
