Originally dating back to 1973, Virgin sold this Faust LP in the UK for 49 pence, the bargain price of a single. Some 60.000 shoppers grabbed a copy, raced home and then spent the next 45 minutes checking their tracking, banging the speakers and blowing the needle, all to no avail. Do not adjust your set, also not for this reissue! This is Faust at its most Faust'ish!
