August 2004 saw the return of the mega-group Ville Emard Blues Band on the Plains of Abraham for Quebec's Francofête... now including a second generation of musicians, and led by Chris "Mad Frog" Gagnon (son of Bill Gagnon, original VEBB leader). The 1970's met the new millenium with classic melodies and music, and the two generations met each other on stage (amongst them Chris and Gabrielle Gagnon with their father Bill, Michel Sguin Jr. and Sr., as well as Serge Vallières, Michel Dion and Richard Perotte from the classic mega-lineup. The group presents itself at 2007's Festival des Musiques Progressives de Montral (FMPM) in 2007, all was recorded, and we now share with you this magical evening.
