Woodrot was formed Bremerton Washington in 1994 by future members of Mos Generator, Golden Pig Electric Blues Band, Paul Is Dead and the solo artist James Hunnicutt. The music is a fusion of experimental metal, sludge, punk rock, and classic heavy metal. During the 2 years they were actively recording they released 2 demo cassettes and a 7" single before other bands and projects took the members in different directions. This album features their complete recordings 1995-1996.
